It is such a nice thing to be able to cook. It makes my grocery bill so much cheaper and its just a nice way to show people you care about them. Like me, for example. Today I showed myself I care by making a bacon mushroom spinach fritata with a bit of fat free mozzerella. I wish there were tomatoes but you know, the bacon made up for it. I need to

1. i LOVE BACON OMG

2. does the apple sauce help keep the banana bread moist? my mother uses a martha stewart recipe that calls for a bit of sour cream and OH MAN it keeps it so nice and moist and cakey mmmm.

3. bananas don't seem to go bad as fast in the fridge as it appears. i've noticed that the skin turns so dark but when i peel them they still look fresh inside!

4. how are you getting by on $50 a week for the both of you so much so that you think you'll be able to cut it down to 10-20?!?! when i shop for food for myself and my bf i seem to be spending like $80 for the week :(

ahahah it does keep it super moist! Its a substitute for oil, so it does the same thing essentially except it's apples, not oil
