ive started to think of a new exercise thing!¬ i have to get ready for skool by 7.00 and leave by 7.45! so im gonna get up at around 5.00! go for a run until 6.00! Get a shower and then get ready for skool and keep doing that for a few weeks and see if it helps! im also just going to eat fruit! cuz wen im in skool its hard not to eat cuz im workin

4 hours exercise everyday and around 600-1000 calories for a few weeks to see if it works better than fasting!
