*hugs* Have you thought about DIYing some of it? We made all of our invites and orders of service and grandma made the cake. We had just our nearest and dearest for the meal (and those people who had travelled far) which meant it was 45 people. Then we invited everyone to the church and party (about 80 people). Our meal was about £22 a head. Which by standards here was pretty cheap...
Try wedding fayres which are usually held at big hotels etc, to compare suppliers and get ideas. There is usually a cheaper alternative for most things, and people will be having such a great time they won't notice that you cut a few corners if you do it right.
I joined diy_weddings and they have lots of tips and advice for how to do things yourself

Thanks Jelly *hugs* $120 a head is pretty cheap around these parts, also it's abit of a package so there is A LOT included (here's my favourite http://www.weddingnsw.com/manlypacific/default.htm ). We did find out that if we hire a marquee and catering package on council land it will probably 1/2 the cost, but there is a 10pm curfew and, well, we have to organise it. And not sure if you remember but I can't stand organising shit - heck, at camp I used to pay Casey to write my end of summer reports! Thank you soooooo much for being there :) Like I said, I'll talk to Justin about it and reach a solution like an adult (as oposed to running off to vegas and being married by Elvis which is looking pretty appealing right about now ;) )
That room looks gorgeous, funny how I never had your down as a pink frilly kinda girl. Amazing what happens when you get a diamond on your finger!!!
And you think Elvis looks appealing now... wait until the week before and you have 120 cupcakes to bake and ice, or your mother gets involved in the guest list, or your Dad says to make the cake nice and simple for your elderly Grandma to make and she rings your Mum to complain its too easy...
