Seriously though as I have told practically everyone, and no doubt have posted half a million times, the real estate market is due for a complete collapse in the near future thanks to the bush administration and the fed mismanaging interest rates. Make sure to be careful there.

Yeah but I wonder how long before it collapses...I know its a buyers market now anyway and everything is cheaper but I just hate to rent and I even more loathe the idea of a room mate. My brother will be 18 in less than a month and I am so hoping he gets a job and wants to get the fuck out! Because if he doesn't cleanup after himself I can tear his arm off and beat him senseless with it and even if that doesn't help at least I can let him know when I don't like shit but a stranger or even one of these people I loosely refer to as friends I would just have to shut my mouth and live with a twitch and I can't take that.
