trying to figure out why my heart hurts so much

i dont think ive cried so much in my life
then with the start of this year
an its only march
my hands are shaking
my hearts is bursting
my blood pressure is rising
and i dont know how to fix it
i cant handle this feeling
it feels lik im dying
what do i need to do to fix this?
i cant breathe
