Right. It's time to set myself some goals that will actually happen.

By the 5th of September, my birthday: i HAVE to have lost 3lbs and be at 112lbs.
By the 9th of September, college starts: i HAVE to have lost an extra 2lbs, making me 110lbs.
By September the 30th, end of month: i HAVE to be 105lbs.

These are real good goals because they're actually achievable!
That is completely the difference between and you.
I always set unrealistic goals, and yours are good. That way, you won't disappoint yourself. :)
