Someone IS listening. Even if I'm only a livejournal screen name to you, I am listening, and I care.

Things look bad right now, but as long as you keep getting up every morning, things will get better. Is there something that always cheers you up?... maybe a movie or a book or a song? Try just escaping into a book or movie for a little while. Rest yourself. Re-coop.

I am a super organized person so I really like to write lists for everything, including emotions.

Don't know if any of this helps, but I do hope you feel better soon. I'm sure you deserve to be happy.

I really hope it does, atm it just feels as though it's getting worse and harder by the day. Day by day i get pulled under in the amount of work, and i can't lift it.
Yeah it sure feels like that, i hate it, i just want to smile.
