The flood wasn't so bad. Although it did produce some certain amount of awkwardness all around. And it was difficult to behave in a purely gentlemanly manner, simply because there are some things a gentleman must do regularly that simply cannot be done with a filly in close proximity. [He means dressing and sleeping and bathing.]
Still, Miss Lua is a charming girl. She's probably glad to be well rid of me but is polite enough not to say so.

That was quite awkward, I have to agree, and I ended up sleeping against my bathroom door.
I think me and the inmate I got left with couldn't wait to get apart.
