Also, I figured out what I am going to write for my independent study. I thought that was the hardest part, but now I guess I'll have to write 40 pages or so. Eek.

A couple hours ago, my phone rang, and it was a friend of mine asking to go for coffee on Monday night.

The catch? He's six hours away, and he's going to drive 6 hours here for coffee and then drive 6 hours home.
