And oh, believe me, it's gonna happen--there's no way Shawn would let a pop-culture reference like that pass him by.

doesn't Shawn know by now to run if he ever sees a taser-like weapon? love the chapter!

You think he would, right? But you know Shawn, he thinks he's invincible (contrary to pretty much ALL evidence obtained)--though, to be fair, they [stunner/taser wielders] tend to catch him by surprise.

Thanks so much!

“El, there’s an old dude running at us, and he’s got this weird look on his face.”

:D That line struck my funny bone really hard for some reason. I'm soooo glad that the sequel is starting to be posted now, and so sad that I thought It'd take longer and so didn't check for it and realize that it had been up for nearly a month. There is plently of fangirly squeeing going on on my end !!!!!!!

I aim to please 8] Truly, I'd intended to not start posting until I'd finished it, and then just smash it all online at once, but I discovered that without my weekly deadlines I either meandered along pointlessly or didn't write on it at all, so...

I'm glad I made you giggle! It makes me feel better about laughing at my own jokes when other people do too, lol. Thanks for reading, and I hope you continue to enjoy it!

I totally made high-pitched dolphin noises when "the SEAL" identified himself to Eliot. (Oh, and loved Jack's line about his action figure collection.)

But, but, what about G? He can't be without his bestest buddy, can he?

I tried to reply to this one earlier (and man, my reply was awesome) but the internet ate it. I'll try again :) Starting with a great big Thanks for reading.

You know that episode of NCIS:LA, where Sam was saying he'd worked almost all the places the James Bond movies took place? And how G mentioned that Sam wasn't going to be able to check Moonraker off his list, because he'd never worked in space? Well, I saw that and I thought to myself, Sam's a really determined guy. Let's just see what we can do about that. XD In my head-canon, this is where Sam REALLY was when he abandoned G to go to 'Yemen'. (Because while yes, that story arc was great, how much awesomer would it be if he was on temporary loan to the SGC during that time instead? Exactly.) And G didn't get to go because he's still listed as deceased in the government's records (because we all know how speedy government paperwork is), poor G.

Re: Jack--I can totally see him saying that, right? XD
