Today I had 2 obscene phone calls from the same guy, and I didn't exactly follow procedure. I should have read his phone number back to him, told him not to call back or we would contact the police then transfer him to a team leader if he still hadn't hung up. It played out like this instead

i had one at work once...a guy called, asked about the Rug Doctor, hob big the hoses were. I'm like 'they're vacuum cleaner hoses, i don't know the size', this goes on for a second then he says 'well, i need them to jack off and i want to know if my dick will fit'

my response : well, i don't know how big the hose is, but drinking straws are on aisle five
