I really wanted to like it, I did.

Hey, it's your journal...you can write whatever you want. Although it was considerate of you to include a warning and a cut...I probably should have done the same in my own post about the movie

This was always more Brooke's vehicle than his anyway. I guess to promote her music.
I agree, I want something better for Joe. Preferably an action series!

True, and it was obvious even before the movie came out. Still...I think Joe was short-changed.

I went on a rant, I know. This show really irked me. I was so excited to see Joe again, but didn't expect the movie to be this bad.

I still watch his scenes though....he's so darn adorable!

I agree with you wholeheartedly.

I think it was even worse for me because even Joe's presence couldn't make it up for me - this total, unbelievable crappiness of it all. All the errors, flaws, inconsistency, or sheer idiocy of many scenes.

After 40 minutes I was actually forcing myself to keep on watching it... TORTURE!

Even my favourite eye candy couldn't make it all better for me.

I'm not going to watch it ever again. I wish I had never watched it.

My husband watched about 10-15 minutes with me and said: "So I think it's only Bollywood Flan from now on, huh?" I hate to think he's right.

I want to see Joe in ONE FREAKING DECENT movie for a change!

Glad I am not the only one who was disappointed with the movie.
Just read your review and looots of ppl agreeing makes me not feel so bad anymore.

We'll just put this one in the category "paycheck" and leave it there.

I can still enjoy the caps from it, but that is about it.
Don't think I will buy the DVD. Well maaaaybe, just for collection sakes, we'll see.

I think the writing was in my tweets.. there was so little of Joe that I was able to facebook and Tweet and chatch up on my LJ reading and still yell at the kids for jumping in front of the TV while they played Wii on the other TV.. so ya not that into the movie, just missed Joe's cocky personality..

Same here, if it had captured me, I would have not even looked at Twitter till it was over, but umm yeah.
I definitely had trouble even watching till the end, was tweeting in between Joe's scenes lol.
