I had a minor binge today...it was followed by a total purge. Complete with throwing up water to make sure I got everything out. I don't know if I really feel bad about it. I am sorry that you had a small relapse. I know how frustrating that can be. Try not to obsess over it though, allow yourself to move on and keep progressing. You are doing great, it is completely normal to slip. Keep working hard, I know you will figure it out. Love you.
