There is a new Schnuffel song and video available at last, but you have to buy the videos and they only play on smart phones, not dumb phones like mine. Boo!

"Schnuffelienchen"? Wow, I've never seen a triple diminutive suffix. It's effectively named something like Snuffy-poo-kins-y or something. :P

That's a finished video? They repeat a lot of footage and flip some of it.

Not sure how I'd feel about a girlfriend having a doll of me. Or about her having a voice no higher than mine.

Nah, it's just some glued-together pieces of a video (best they could do with a computer, the video is only meant for smart phones). Schnuffel and his girlfriend are both adult ladies with their vocal pitch electronically raised to make them sound younger.
