sw33t! I highly suggest using Arnold's "Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding". Its size is intimidating, but the information is astounding. It covers everything from diet for the different body types to exercises for the different body types. While he had serious bodybuilders in mind when he wrote it, you can use a lot of the information just for general health. Also, it's a great read on its own at a lot of points.
