Hooray! Congratulations Steph! I'd jump up and down, but there's a baby asleep on my lap. Screw em, life doesn't always travel in a straight line. And I didn't pay for one cent of my grad school. I was awarded grants. Then again, you and Dylan are both working. Eh, it'll work out. Apply for financial aid anyway. When does the program start?

awww... sleeping babies are cute :)

Actually, everyone was very excited for me. But they got over that pretty quickly to remind me I'm still not perfect. Eh, I'll live.

Classes start June 23rd.

Thanks!!!

for the record my reaction was "YAY" and let's go out for dinner and celebrate. later I mearly agreed with you that you should be working on grants and financial aid, so we can find magic money to pay for it :-)

Rachel's reaction: I really wish you had been accepted for like five-eighths admission... what the hell does FULL admission mean anyway??

immediately followed by: hahahaha, why do people keep going to grad school, its so silly....

and then...

yay!!

I think it's probably "Full Admission" "Conditional Admission" and "Wait List" or something like that. But, yeah, it's kinda silly

But grad school is a good thing! It helps us find jobs we like, doesn't it?

Thanks!!

I'm sorry to hear that some people are being downers about this. Getting into grad school is a big deal and deserves to be celebrated. Where there's a will, there's a way. Congrats and good luck with that!
