rah, im putting on weight so iv decided im gonna start doin sum excersing wen i get up, hehe sorry dirty minded, but thats not wot i ment i think im gonna set my self 50 sit ups n 25 pushups then wen i have my weights il also use them, but for now that will do. talking about weights im comming to manchester sum time next week to pick up my stuff,
