Aw, poor fishies. :( My sister had a fighting betta named Asshole for many years (his actual name was [I think] Blue, but he was one cranky mean sunuvabitch) and we both were really, really sad when he died.

Before the goldfish I had an eel named Aids. I named him that because he killed all the original fish. They would swim by his rock and he'd get mad and nip at them. When people asked what happened to my fish I could say aids killed them. His original name was Cyrrano because of his long sloopy nose.

After he died I got these two baby goldfish and had them ever since.

We have a fish tank with some tetras, a few danios and a really large angel fish. He's lovely. Timid and moody and a little strange, but still lovely. We call him Mister. He was no bigger than a quarter when we got him and he's about the size of my palm now. He's had a few new tank-mates over the years, but I think his sheer size keeps everyone getting along nicely : )

I picked these goldfish when they were about feeder sized. I watched the tank for a while and noticed these two were pals, swimming around together and playing. They are now about 5 inches long, and they would play knock the sucker fish thing..what are they called plackatotomuses? off the glass. I named him Mr.Pants in honor of my friend Katye.

Bip has seemed to recover a little, maybe he just had H1M1?
