I have been in a roof since 8:30 am helping someone fix a few leaks and clean out the gutters. I am seriously fried, dehydranaked, and wore out. I'm going to go apply some ice cream to my face hole and take a nap.

I have been watching the UFC for a while, and used to have lots of respect for Michael Bisbing. He was a good fighter and seemingly a nice guy.
