Does anyone know of a place in New Jersey (hopefully Northern NJ) that would repair a singer sewing machine?

Mine broke a few weeks ago, it still kind of works, but not that well.

Last place I tried to get parts from, the guy ranted at me that Singers were crap. But I already knew he was crazy.

Anyone?

you might be able to find repair parts near my area, actually..

get in touch with Mike chibi_chobi.... he took my machine somewhere to get it fixed after he borrowed it and killed it, and I know he's from Jersey ((dunno how far it'd be from you))

And depending on the Singer - some Singers are pure crap...

the cheaper ones specifically - since they're more plastic parts than metal.
