Overall, I'd say this was a super-productive weekend. I made two different dinners involving quinoa (Mango Quinoa Salad and Curried Quinoa with Cashews and Peas), we went to the farmers market and bought a gorgeous boquet of tulips, we cleaned the house, but best of all, I made my final student loan payment today.
