Yeah, very much so Haruna your application screams her personality, they way you said you were good at cheering people up and your determination though made me think a bit of Sakurako and Makie but then you followed it up with being bad at sports and the mood swings don't fit them at all. Chisame came to mind briefly since she can be such a mixed bag but you were missing a lot of traits that make Chisame herself.

So in the end, Haruna pretty much fit everything you said and your personality!
