I have to agree with Setsuna. You're looking for a mature leader that's quiet, calm and controlled and that just seems to scream her.

I was thinking more along the lines of Setsuna especially since you said you would want someone different from yourself and she fit the traits of your ideal partner. Chachamaru could have worked well too but I was thinking more along the lines of Setsuna right way.
