One of the earliest posts I made on LiveJournal was about a new roof on the house--ca. 2005. At that time, the roofers just nailed back the old gutters--apparently, not very well-nailed--and there have been Issues ever since. That I do not have a gluten intolerance, that indeed wheat-stuffs have always been my best things to digest.
I had a whole panel of blood tests for everything that might relate to my GI/ IBS problems (no more information necessary).

I was right. No coeliac, no nothing so far. I CAN eat bread and cake and cookies (non-dairy). But I should NOT.
