My friend Cristin got married last night and a fun time was had by all in Kentucky. Since I know she reads this--congratulations! Thanks so much for a great weekend

I'm just thankful that I didn't flip out on the outside like I did on the inside. I don't want to babysit again for a long, long time (as in ever).
You know, the Red Cross offers training for babysitters - you should really check out the classes, it may up your confidence level and comfort your future wife.
Oh, and my family (on my Dad's side at least) tends to have 4-5 parties leading up to the wedding - and I'm planning to follow their example (best as my budget will allow). So, go ahead and pencil it in... that's autumn 2026... (so that means you only have until 2030 to learn how to babysit)!

You are crazy. =)
(Uh, or crazy clever. That's a really good approach.)
;)
I kind of absorbed this entry of yours - each part I can either agree with or nod my head to in notation of 'yes! good!' like with the troopers you were babysitting, or the week long wedding celebrations, and the news of the projects other people you're connected to are uptaking. What are the details on the initiative that your sister-in-arms has started, by the way?
And I will pray for the academia tie-up. Let administrators and professors realize the worth of being merciful and charitable, for good causes and aspiring-to-good Ramons. =)
Hello! I was at the closest thing to a week long wedding about a month ago. It was the most fun wedding I have ever been to, plus it was up north, and we all know how much I love the NOrth. I can't believe that you are up there only 6 hours away. Are you coming down here??? What gives?!@?
Yeah, it's only six hours away by car...which I do not have. I flew out here and have no way of getting down to Little Rock. If I had a car, I would come, give love to people, and pick up the last of my stuff.
I'm glad that God has given me grace with kids. Even though I don't want them. I'm sure that stuff happens all the time... you just don't witness it, so when it happens to you it's like the end of the world.
We will definately be praying for the Wash U/6 credit situation. To God be the glory.
Liddle babies..

Ramon! It's awesome that you babysat! I can imagine those two little 'uns clinging to those mammoth calves of your's as you stomp about the place.. HaHAahAHAhaAH!! Although.. I am rather surprised you nailed poor little Colby in the head with a bball. I'm not sure that not getting babysitting training is now an option for you.. considering the burgeoning number of self-reported friends who are having kids.. Who knows.. it may expand your ministry capabilities? =) Uncle 'Mon.. HAHAaHaa!! Dude.. you must feel old.. ;) Hasta luego Habibi - JJ
