I don't know why I always wait until 10 minutes before Palio closes to start updating my LJ. I am sitting here with my friend Ross while he does Differential Equations homework (yuck) and I let my half unread Presocratics Reader lay on the table mocking my illusions of productivity. I'm kind of enjoying the tension to be honest

I am amazed ~ and extremely excited for you! What a weight to be lifted both on the academic and financial fronts. And, believe me, I understand the tension... do you think you could talk to my graduate advisor for me? Papers suck ~ why do they have to be the standard indication that you have grasped the necessary knowledge? Knowledge is life and life is not based on an outline or the MLS.

good for you! that is a big deal. it took me semingly forever and a day to finish my degree as well (different circumstances though) and I know it feel sreal good for you right now!

Again, I say congrats. What an awesome thing to have come out of this past week. I also say tongue-in-cheek that I at least got more details than LJ. ;)

When does Marty head out that way? I know he hits California before Portland and that is about it.

And yeah, differential equations can be... a thing of its own. Though i like mathemathical analysis of statistics much less.
