*I leave for Puerto Rico in less than 24 hours. Someone asked me yesterday if I was excited; oddly enough, I'm not. I'm not dreading it or anything, but I'm just not worked up about it. I'm looking forward to it, certainly. I know that it's much colder in the Midwest right now, but it's cold enough here to have me looking forward to 80 degree

Reset the router

We still don't let our customers reset the router when our WiFi is acting up which it is ALL the time. Well, there is one guy who is allowed to do it when nobody else has time. But at least I get my exercise in resetting ours since it is way high up in a corner ;)
And we never put a guilt trip on anybody for staying there FOREVER using the internet and sipping on ice tea or a cup of coffee!

Yeah, the folks at Palio don't let me reset it either, but a guy can dream, right?
