Little things that irritate

Argh...finally came across a copy of Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay (Xbox) cheap, $5 used (quick scrub in the cd cleaner always good) and it turns out this particular title is not currently 360 compatible. Argh. It's a top rated title...how is it not compatible by now? Instead BMX XXX, Catwoman and Drake get on there? doh...

The XBox was Intel/NVidia-based; the XBox 360 is PowerPC/ATi-based. Herculean efforts to get Halo and Halo 2 up and running aside, you really can't expect Microsoft to get every popular XBox 1 game to work.

Hell, even Sony's admitted that once they strip out the PS2 hardware from the 40GB PS3, that's it for playing any PS2 game on the system. They own everything there is to own in the PS2 architecture and they can't even emulate it through software without devoting huge amounts of resources to the task.

Understood...but BMX XXX?!?!?! Catwoman?!??! Drake?!?! Obviously a by product of getting some other more worth-while game into the pipeline but dissapointing nonetheless especially since it seems as if Microsoft's interest in getting anymore Xbox titles running on the 360 is waning.

Hey, Rap. I'm trying to hunt down the single-page G2 minicomics that came with the Japanese releases of the toys, but I see that the G2 Archive is now gone. Would you be willing to at least re-upload the comics for me to grab? And maybe the unreleased stuff? I'd like it for my files. Maybe e-mail 'em?
