Lovely evening out with my gay ex-roomie G and his utterly adorable partner, W. Dinner at the Fire Bowl, relaxed conversation, then to see OOTP; then to explain to W -- who has never read the books -- exactly what happened and exactly what should have happened.

I *think* that black-haired-boy might have been Michael Corner? A friend and I were talking about it afterwards, and since Question Boy has to be Zacharias Smith, and apparently the long-haired lad in question is a Ravenclaw, he's probably Corner. Nice and Snape-ish, I liked his look :).

And, yeah, "James" - so much with one word. Awesome.

I think there could have been more Snape, and not just because he's Snape and therefore fantastic. Hard to see how HBP will really work given the minimal screentime of Snape and Draco. I have concerns. I did really enjoy it, though. A lot :).
