Awww, thanks Denny! It's amazing what comparison pics will do for you as you progress. You really don't notice the changes since they seem to happen so slowly.

Thanks! You don't know how good it feels to hear someone say something like that. Especially for someone like me who has always had self-esteem and self-image issues.

Hard work is not fun, but I'm learning that it sure does pay off in the end.
