Mmm...burgers. I am at the moment chowing down on the one remaining chinese rib from our BBQ dinner. Really, Daltons is the best butchers in bristol. And I live just round the corner! God praise the Gloucester Road! Long may it reign!
Ohh yeah... corriander in burgers is awesome! If you feel really game (and are eating alone preferably) you can put in whole marinated garlic cloves, which are really soft and squishy. It's awesome to find one or two in your burgers.
I also recommend a few cherry tomato halves. Not for the faint hearted.
