Thank you, doll! I seriously enjoyed talking with you and Quartez last night. It's really hard for me to open up to people, but you're seriously one of the few people that I can come clean with. This is kinda tricky...OK, if you click on 'modify journal' and delete whatever colour code is in the page background slot, it might work. also, for the page layout, I chose magazine for my recent entries, and then default for everything else. Here is the override code for the background picture, just change the URL of the image;

Hey, Neil! I don't know if you're back in the city yet or not - I'm here at NYU, been here about a week now actually. Ben Stoll is here too... he actually lives in my same hall, just a couple floors below me. Jon's been at Juilliard about two weeks now, but I haven't talked to him much. Had lunch with Lisa the other day, and I might be hanging out with her tonight. Am making all kinds of new friends... it's crazy trying to remember everyone you meet during these first few weeks... kinda makes me just want to go back to my dorm and sit there, it's so overwhelming... I've never been the best at meeting lots of new people, it's a little scary to me. I absolutely love this city, though, and NYU is absolutely the perfect place for me... it's even greater than I could've thought it would be here. Not sure why I'm going on like this, but I just wanted to say hey and let you know I'm in town. We should try to get all the Ville babies together and go out for coffee or dinner or something sometime ( ... )
