Because my birthday is coming up very soon I need to make a decision and then tell my parents. I already know that I want a computer for school next year, but....
Althought I agree with Justin more than I would say. I know what Sarahs Using it for and here are my thoughts:
If your getting a Desktop, get a PC, Intel, Asus whatever just dont cheap out and buy a mac, they may be more stable when it comes to doing shit all, but the PC is the man in all other regards.
For Laptop? Go Mac
Portable, Fast, Doesn't clog up with as much spyware and adware as Windows Tends too, because it runs a much simpler more basic opperating system, and im sure all you want it for is to play "iTunes" and use Word and such. So go Mac, for Laptop.
Also for College Use? Laptop. I love Desktops to Pieces, but it just aint convenient to move one bit, its a bitch, and with ur bad knees, u dont wanna carry around a big ass comp that u could drop and could break you.

Win XP is finally a stable Operating System for a computer. Plus as a gamer I'm biased cause MACs can't play squat.
