My mom and her best friend (who is basically my second mom) are visiting! I'm super excited because it is good to see someone from home, plus it is just nice to see my mom.

HOWEVER... I have to tell my mom that Chris and I broke up. That will be harder than telling normal people because I can't guage what her reaction is going to be.

The Chris I was dating in the summer- and it doesn't worry me, it just is going to be harder than telling, say, Vanessa, because where I'm used to talking to Vanessa about relationship stuff- that's pretty much uncharted territory for my mom and I.
