Fun! I got 17/20. I liked reading the explanation at the end. Since I'm in a job where I'm called upon to smile a lot (as are you, I imagine), I wonder if other people can tell when I'm faking it. Actually, a lot of the time, I get so into "smile mode" that I'm not sure whether I'm faking it or not anymore!
