So we have another teenager who has committed suicide due to bullying, bullying that focused on his perceived sexual orientation. Some charmer in comments whined of course about how "Kids are bullied all the time, but now there's a string of gay kids committing suicide and suddenly it's SOCIETY'S FAULT". Bullying is a result of bad socialization. If you don't properly socialize your child between the ages of 2 and 4, it becomes increasingly difficult for them to regulate their behavior. This is where most of your sociopaths come from. It's not institutionalized at all. It's the result of choices parents make or the circumstances where they are fatherless or orphaned.
