...with my new iPod.

I had been wanting one forever, and steffox reminded me...and then I had money left over from my tax refunds after spoiling the animals so I put it towards something I figured I could really use. Yay! Rock on! We got my sister an iPod mini for her brithday. With a dialup modem, she doesn't have much music anyway and it's much more her style... little and blue ^_^ We're so trendy. What happened to us? O_O

Lol I didn't get mine to be trendy...I never had one of those mp3 players and I never downloaded music, not once. I just wanted a way to basically carry all my cds with me everywhere I go. :)

The minis are cute though. I wanted one just so I could have a pink iPod, but oh well. They have pink skin things for the regular ones, I might get one, or maybe I'll just get a screen protector and a detachable belt clip. The car thing I got requires the iPod to be naked or it won't fit in the port, and I don't want to have to deal with putting on a removing a skin every time I get in or out of the car. I already wasted twenty bucks on a clear acrylic case thingie that I was told would fit the 30G but it doesn't really (and even if it did it wouldn't fit in the car port) and I can't return it. The Cheshire Cat case is easy, but I worry about the screen getting scratched, and the case has a belt loop not a clip. I don't always wear a belt, especially not to the gym. So.

I want one of those so bad butI think if I do, I may go for the Ipod Shuffle. We'll see. I still have my RIO that I've never used as a MP3 player!

I thought I would get the Shuffle until I realised that it wouldn't have nearly enough capacity for my cd collection, with room for expansion. I've got...I think 700-some songs in my library so far and I'm not two-thirds done transferring.

Plus the 30 and 60G models have the color screens for displaying album art for each song, which is too nifty. :)
