You are dealing with a lot of stress, giving much of yourself, and manage to keep that bright spirit. What a lovely quality. Hang in there - something will give way soon and show you rewards.
Thank you Dr. T. That artical was awesome. Part of my weight loss problem is my Thyroid. :( I to the DR. today to check my levels which i can tell are off now that i know what i am looking for. I am ever hopeful that once my thyroid function is under control my weight will be easier to manage. I would love to talk with Aubrey about her diet. I am always open to new ideas and how and what helps others.

i have been saying for years- you are a saint for all you do for everyone.
but i wonder if at some point, you need to ask for help. from your sisters. it isn't fair that you do as much as you do. i understand about your father but maybe they should help pick up the slack on your grandmother. as i type this i understand how they are... different from you. but something has to give, neiva. it really does. you are spending so much of your life and free time dealing with everyone else's problems when you have so many of your own.
stress can also be a factor in weight loss or the lack there of. not to mention your overall health. :(

Thank you so much Mrs Nikola... My sisters help as much as possible. I can't ask too much of them. They both have children to take care of. So that makes it more difficult for them to do what needs to be done with my father and grandmother. I can't even imagine taking my father Grocery shopping with two small children.. I would pull my hair out.

I know i do for everyone.. That is just who i am..
You let me know.. I have personal training appts 2 times a week normally on Monday and friday.. On wed I do a class at 6:30 and then i do some cardio after. I always do cardio on Monday and Friday after i workout. I need to also start going on Tuesday and Thursday. I do work out at the ballys on hillsborough. I really like it there. I have to say for a co-ed gym i dont feel out of place no matter where i am or what i am doing.
