COMICS. Y SO HARD.

I was about to order This One Summer by Mariko and Jillian Tamaki, because some comics deserve to be read physically, and I thought, what the hell, let's get some more. I've long wanted to complete my collection of Brian Michael Bendis' run on Daredevil, but it's out of print and it was only when I ordered from three party vendors that I realized

I'm like five years behind on Fables, but then again I'm lazy with tracking down the volumes at my library. Comics are so expensive! I do buy Hawkeye, though, because spoilers are everywhere (and I can't get into reading lots of longform comics on a computer screen). I also bought each issue of Pretty Deadly, and the occasional Astro City if I have money and it looks interesting.

I have no problem downloading through dubious means, but i especially want to put money into series fronted or written by ladies, but oh, the expense. Ohhh so how's pretty deadly? I'm mostly tempted to start reading it because of the great art!
