Just a few minutes ago, when I walked back from down town, I saw my cat sitting in the bushes in front of our house, in the shade to stay cool. He didn't immediately get up when I arrived and opened the door, but before he had been begging to come in, so I held the door for him for a few seconds in case he were to change his mind

I ate bird today too, you know.

And why does that stuff never happen to me? I mean, when I was in Penang, some stuff like that happened, but never here in the states...

I ate bird today, too. Yum, yum. I didn't kill it, though. And its death really probably wasn't all that interesting a story, though it was probably sadder.

And this is the first time it's ever happened to me, which is part of why I had to write it. I've seen my cat catch things before, once or twice. Or at least watched him hunt things and eat others. More often he just left us gifts or feathers all over the lawn.

And you don't have a cat, so no, it doesn't happen, silly. :P
