beijing is a weird place. I need to go back to see the wall sometime though.

yeah it is definitely a city of its own. Shanghai is a lot more modernised and posh. In both cities however you still witness the Baby Butt Phenomenon, which by far is one of the strangest thing i've ever encountered in my life (http://stephoandcrank.com/2009/06/15/the-baby-butt-phenomenon/)
