Gall stones are HORRID. I am so sorry you are going through that! My gall bladder came out in emergency surgery so I do hear your pain, loud and clear. *gentle hugs*
It was not fun when mine decided to be a bastard and subsequently came out. What I found helped was sleeping propped up a bit, not eating fatty foods, not eating AT ALL after about 6pm (or six hours before bedtime, ymmv) and an unholy amount of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. At the time, I didn't know it was gallstones, I thought it was "just heartburn" (stupid bastard Canadian emergency room LIARS..) but have since learned that I inadvertently did everything right.
Whatever you do, don't take tylenol. That made it so. much. worse, I can't even tell you. And don't eat Golden Grahams, because puking them up again sucks :P *hugs*
