This is the story

Heartless says:
In the Kingdom of Baskkus, at the center of the world, lived a young queen to-be. She had redish-pink hair and was called Amaranth by her father. She had a book that told of a tribe that had amazing knowledge. They were called the "Blue haired violet eyed" people, the race was wiped out some 7 or 8 years ago by a man named Ketchin Kiason. The people of the world saw him as a hero for killing them.

Heartless says:
The scam was that their tribe was going to declare war on the world and with their mystic powers they would have of course won. But it always puzzled her how one man could take out this incredible tribe. She's 17 now and still holds the book dear knowing the truth behind the slaughtering. She dreams of her own prince who would be just like those people she remembered from her book.

Heartless says:
And with that she decides to hold a fighting tournament, the winner will be her prince. 3 unique fighters come with 100s of others. One is the young 16 yr old Balin, a swords man with dazzling blueish purple eyes and...dyed blue hair? The mischievous mage Noda, 18 yrs with his blueish yellow eyes, green hair and mystic abilities. And last was the odd 19yr old Ivan, short blonde hair blue eyes and his a bit too cocky attitude.

Travis says:
all of the fighters arrived at the palace on the day of the tournament and were scheduled for their matches. The fighters would fight one on one. The princess watched all the matches with interest. All the fighters fought well...but only the best moved on to the next round. She listened as the fighters who lost traded stories about their fights.

Travis says:
The princess walked down to the rest area during a break where the fighters rested after the fights.
"Princess! Where are you going?!? It's not safe down there with all those fighters!" said one the palace guards.
"i'll be fine" said the princess, "I want to see the fighters...after all, one of them will be my prince"
"very well princess, be careful."

Travis says:
with that, the princess went down to where the fighters were resting and conversing. There were fighters from every land and they spoke so many different languages. The princess wondered how she would talk to her prince if they didn't speak the same language. No matter though, she just wanted the strongest prince.

Travis says:
she came close to one of the fighters who had just lost his match. "it was unbelievable! he just beat me into the ground. He had such great strength. It was that jerk Ivan. He kept coming at me and pounding me back. I couldn't land a blow on him."
"sore loser," said a voice right behind the princess making her jump in surprise.
"oh my!" exclaimed the princess. "I didn't hear you come up."

Heartless says:
There stood the green haired Noda, with a smirk on his face and a glint in his eye. “Ah, the lovely princess whom all of these poor foolish men think they can have…heh, such an honor.” Noda walked over to the princess and put his arm around her, he pulled her close to him. “See these pathetic fools princess? Swapping stories of their amazing defeats, hah, none of them are good enough for you. I on the other han…” The princess pushed away from Noda, anger boiling, punched him in the face. “How DARE you! You letch!” she screamed at Noda and promptly ran off. Noda starred up where her sudden punch had thrust him down, though he was shocked, his impish grin was still glued to his face. It seemed the princess’s sudden aggressiveness excited him, his eyes were dancing. “Heh, girlie’s got quite an arm…and a temper…this…will be fun.”

Heartless says:
The princess stomped off in a blind rage, not noticing where she was going, she ran into a blue haired swordsman…and fell right in front of him. Balin looked down at the fallen princess and immediately held out his hand to help her up. “Oh, are you ok Miss? I’m sorry I was…uhh, standing in your way.” The princess chuckled and grabbed Balin’s hand while he pulled her up.
“You don’t have to apologize, it was my fault, I wasn’t watching where I was going.”
“No no, it surely must have been my fault, I should watch out for distressed young ladies.”
Amaranth then noticed his dyed blue hair, and his personality? Who talks like that? Was he trying to charm her? She felt that she was being played the fool. She’d just break away quickly. “Well I need to go back up to my seat now, sorry for smashing into you.” Balin looked up to where she was pointing and then realized she was the princess; he suddenly fell on one knee and bowed his head. “My lady! I’m sorry I was so casual with you, my apologies.” The princess broke away and when she was a 20 or more ft from the swordsman, she turned back to see him just starting to rise from the floor. She turned back around and headed to her seat. She sat down and a smile broke across her face, she found him…interesting.

Heartless says:
It was time for the next fight. The announcer called two fighters to the stage, Ivan and Troy Manna. The muscular Troy headed to the stage and took the right side, he wasn’t a big man but you could tell he was strong. Ivan headed to left of the stage showing no signs of being nervous. All eyes were on him, just the way he liked it. Troy looked at this skinny pretty boy across from him and couldn’t hold in his laugh. Ivan looked directly into Troy’s green eyes and held up 5 fingers. “You would laugh at the great Ivan, son of the greatest warrior of the land? You will be gone in less than 5 mins…enjoy the show.” The judge shouted to begin and Troy rushed like a bull towards Ivan, Ivan didn’t even flinch. Before Troy could smash through the little boy of a man, he stopped…or his body did. He noticed Ivan had his hand in the air, like he was holding something, but Troy didn’t see anything…what was going on!? With the flick of his wrist, Ivan was suddenly the only one on the stage while people noticed Troy on the ground off to Ivan’s right side. Troy groaned something about a 100ft fall and a snake biting his ankle and then passed out. The judge declared Ivan the winner as he left the stage grinning and waving 2 fingers in the air. “It took the great Ivan 2mins to take out that buffoon…*sigh* longer than I expected…guess he was a bigger than I thought.” Yes, once again all eyes were on him, though unintentionally, he had also caught the interest and the fiery gazes of Balin and Noda.

Heartless says:
In the distance a clock chimed to notify everyone around that it was six o’clock in the day. The princess called out to all the fighters, “The first day of the tournament is over! All the participants who won their matches or have not fought yet please gather together in front of the castle. To those who were not victorious, I wish you a safe journey home.” Sounds of shouts and grumbles filled the air as a group of men crowded around the castle; many others began their voyage home.
