Why does this make me so miserable?

Why did this make me break down and start crying in the middle of young women's today? Why did this make my heart practically stop beating? Over someone that I kept telling myself that I was over?  Over someone who doesn't even like me all that much?

and the good thing about having a freind across state borders is that you don't have to worry about me telling anyone or getting rumors spread or all that good stuff.
