now, I would love to see your dissection of the other video, also let me make my own on this one.....
While Vitamin D and iron DO come from other sources, it primarily comes from
WHAT?
ANIMAL PRODUCTS!!
cheese, milk, meat, and eggs are an ESSENTIAL part of our bone, muscle, and nervous system health, not to mention a healthy immune system
humans are OMNIVORES [not to mention other species such as primates and even birds- yes, I HAVE seen a wee little sparrow scavange the remaining meat off a CHICKEN BONE] meaning those who eat MEAT and VEGITATION, so wtf with the "not meant to eat animal products?"
it has been well documented among nutritionists that those who take supplements INSTEAD OF taking nutrients from natural foods suffer from weak immune systems and are often LESS healthy than those who eat red meat
SO THERE!!
AND I LIKE HOT DOGS!!
WITH RELISH!!
AND MAYO!!
AND SAURKRAUT!!!!

BUT OTHER DISSECTION TO COME!!!
as soon as cuppeh tellz meh da band name cuz I done fergetted it.
but the guy says even more idiotic shit than Davey! 8D
but my argument for animal products mainly had to do with evolutionary stuff. While things like, say eggs, would have been feasible to come by, things like cheese? Eh . . . maybe. But not very likely at all. I was thinking that in his argument he was basing his side on the fact that the human body has been forced to rely upon such things and his was a more . . . holistic approach to diet? BLAH!
sorry to the vegans out there but please . . . write a better thesis for your "why veganism rocks!" speech. Sanku!
