I can't really tell u the plot, because then there would be no surprise, and because you guys can make up part of the plot if u want. RPGs are supposed 2 be spontaneous, just do whatever would work. Before i set up the rpg, for the good of me and everyone else, please say what character you are going to take, make, or both.
For real YugiOh! characters, just say who they are, and maybe (if you feel like it) an rpg sample so I can know that you will really capture the spirit of that character in your typing. You don’t have to. Only if you want to.

MI (Millennium Item): The Millennium Scepter
MI Description: The Millennium Scepter, which is about about 6’7’’ when at its full length, and is solid gold. The Scepter is made up of two parts, the Orb, and the Staff. The staff solid gold, is unadorned except for a spiraling engraved script in ancient text that goes up it. The staff is about 6’6 and a half feet long when fully extended. The Orb is well, a golden orb that is placed at the top of the staff, in the center is a golden sun set with the very famous eye. The orb is fastened to the staff by thre identical gold wings that curl around the orb. This is the Scepter’s magic is only usable in this form, which it must be summoned to. It is usually just the orb (no staff attached) that hands on a pendant of the wearer’s neck.
MI Power: It is only usable when in extended form. The power of it is to see the truth, with virtually no limits. If you are lying if you are lying, then it will find the truth and extract it from you, which is not pleasant. In some cases it will weigh your soul, and if that is a lying one, full of hated and evil, it may extract that too.
MI History: The Millennium Scepter is the last of the Royal Millennium Items. Instead of being Items used to contain the evil of the Shadow Game (which were made later) the Royal Millennium Items were to help the Pharaoh rule. The others were the Millennium Circlet and the Millennium Crown, which supposedly were destroyed in the last War of the Shadow. The custom was that the Millennium Crown was given to the Pharaoh, the Millennium Circlet to his sister (if he had one), and the Scepter to the Royal Advisor. The last owner of the only surviving Royal Millennium Item was Nephteri Sakhmet, and an unfortunate chain of events caused her to become the Spirit of the Millennium Scepter.
Personality: Tera Tera is has a quiet gentle nature. She will usually not speak unless spoken to, and is often wrapped in thought. She does think alot, what some people would say to much. She can figure out nearly any problem, but usually she acidentally just makes things worse. She is passionate about what she does, and loathes what she dislikes. She is usually kind and sweet, but don't be fooled. She is sometimes crueler and more merciless than she intends to be.
Nephteri She mirrors Tera, but she never lies, and everything she says she is deadly serious about. Tera is often consumed by her passions, and Nephteri never forgets what is most important. She loves many, and trusts few.
Likes: Tera Duel Monsters, working out problems, painting, acting, playing the flute/piano/drums. Seto Kaiba... she has a crush on him.
Nephteri is indeifferent. She treats everything equally and level headedly, so it is hard to say what see likes or dislikes... But she likes Kaiba too...
Dislikes: Tera She HATES bieng wrong about something, and will never admit it. She hates people that betray, and those that hurt for no reason. She HATES losing... it is not an option to her.
Nephteri as i said in the likes thingy... it hard to say what she likes and dislikes because she treats everything equally.
Strengths: Tera Tera can work out almost any problem. Her brain is her biggest strength, her knowledge enormous...

Nephteri She cannot lie, and will always do what's best and right. You can see problems with that I think... Her past is a good way to torture her.....
Physical Strengths: Tera She has none. She can't run fast or jump high or any of that....... if she has any strength it is that she is unearthly beautiful.
Nephteri Since she is a spirit, and doesn’t really have a physical form, she can’t have physical strengths, right?
Physical Weaknesses: Tera any single well aimed hit could seriously injure her. She is a hemophiliac… that means if she starts to bleed she cannot stop.
Physical Appearance: Tera Tera is about 5’5’’ and is very slim an willowy. She has an hourglass figure, and her legs are more than two thirds of her height. She has brown eyes that are flecked with blue, and long wavy honey colored hair with natural silver streaks in it. She wears a long midnight blue coat that goes down to her knees. It has a big hood, and is clasped with the orb of the Millennium Scepter. She wears a tight beige shirt, and thick fingerless gloves that come up to her elbows (they are navy blue). She wears tight beige pants as well, that are tucked into knee high boots, the same color as her gloves.
Nephteri looks exactly the same as Tera, but she is wearing a dress much like the one Ishizu Ishtar(sorry I don’t know the Japanese names) wore in her duel with Kaiba in the battle city finals, but it is richer, with more gold and blue cloth and embroidery. She wears a flowing cape, as well, with the Egyptian Eye. In other words, what she wears is mush what a high Priestess in ancient Egypt would have probably worn.
History: Tera Tera has no memory before around the time when Pegasus’ Millennium Eye was stolen form him by Bakura. She has no idea what happened in her life before that day, but I do since I made her up!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! *cough cough * anyway, as I was saying… Tera was conceived in the Shadow realm from Pegasus’ deep desire for his wife to be alive again. If Cecilia Pegagsus had not died, Tera would have been his daughter. But Cecilia did die, and Pegasus’ determination to bring her back was what created Tera. For several years she wandered the Shadow Realm, just another faceless wraith, until Maximillian Pegasus’ excavation of the Pharaoh’s tomb uncovered what appeared to be a simple gold orb, emblazoned with a sun which was an eye. The item was recovered, which disturbed the spirit inside of it, what had once been Mephteri Sakhmet. The spirit floated through the Shadow Realm, until she found Tera. Somehow the magic of the Millennium Scepter pulled them both, Tera and Nephteri, out of the Shadow Realm. Since then, everyone belived her to me Maximillian Pegasus’ long lost heir, and she took over all his companies. In certain times when much rested on a choice, or when Tera was under great pressure, Nephteri would become Tera. In a way they were one. Cecilia Pegasus was meant to die, but she was supposed to die after Tera had been born, but she did not. So, destiny found another way for Nephteri Sakhmet to be born I guess…

At a very young age, she began her training in the ancient ways to prepare to serve the Pharaoh. When she was 9, her father died, and she took his place serving the Pharaoh, Pharaoh Yami. She was always completely loyal to her master, but soon came a time when her loyalty would be tried. In the Great War of the Shadow, the good Pharaoh (Yami) put an end to the Shadow games, and all their terrible power… but his greatest opponent was a sorcerer (whoever Kaiba is reborn), the same sorcerer who was Nephteri’s lover. Torn between her loyalty to the Pharaoh and her love, she drove herself nearly completely mad, the sorcerer, to ensure his she did not betray him, sealed her soul inside the very item she had used to aid the Pharaoh. It was below the stone tablet of Blue Eye White Dragon he did the ritual, using his most trusted beast to ensure the seal would hold. And it did, for 5000 years…
(if you are wondering where I made Nephteri up, in the Duel between Ishizu Ishtar and Kaiba [in the Battle City finals] When Marik’s Millennium Rod glows, and Kaiab has all those flashbacks, one is of him carrying a woman upto the stone tablet of Blue Eyes White Dragon…)

Anyway, have been spending much time with Uncle Dane, Aunt Stacey, cousins Zachary and Kyle. Zach likes taking cheap shots. AND~ he nearly crushes your ribs when he hugs you. But that's all right since I plan on getting him back next time I see him. Suggestions? >D
Have started working on some of my ficus. Have also started on the next contest fic. I know that it's early, and the guidelines/rules haven't been stated yet, but I can always fine tune the fic and change it if need be. And yes, I AM pathetic. XD
