Wow, this is a really interesting topic. I'm amazed time and time again at how well-organized, devoted and influential these fanclubs are. I don't think I'd seen anything like that before I came in touch with the k-pop fandom. But moving on ( ... )

1. In your opinion, about which fanclubs I should write?: Ones that you have personal experience with or know a lot about.

2. Besides translating videos, interviews, news what else fans do for each other?: There was a TVXQ project a while ago for hoodies where we voted on designs and the mods (Thank you so much~) printed them and sold them. <3 Things like this make me happy to be in fanclubs. Other than that, it's just what you mentioned.

3. I'm sure all of us remember I Love Korea 2008 Dream Concert, where SNSD boycott took place. Unfortunately I have to ask if you remember other cases of that kind of behavior; similar or same as this one? I do not. I know there are some, but I can't name them.

4. Can you tell me if you're anti fan of any group? Yes/No? And WHY? What do you think, why people become anti fans?: I think antis are too extreme. They need to accept that people have opinions and not bash people because they like a group that the anti in question hates. I know this is a stereotype, but this is the reason I'm not an ( ... )

1. In your opinion, about which fanclubs I should write?: Cassiopeia (DBSK/TVXQ), Hottest (2PM) and Everlasting Friends/ELF (Super Junior) are probably the most organized. Very Important People/VIP (Big Bang) are pretty organized as well.

2. Besides translating videos, interviews, news what else fans do for each other?: they give fans a place to enjoy their fandom, and are there for each other during happy/sad times.

3. I'm sure all of us remember I Love Korea 2008 Dream Concert, where SNSD boycott took place. Unfortunately I have to ask if you remember other cases of that kind of behavior; similar or same as this one? unfortunately, i wasn't deeply immersed in kpop during this period, and do not know what happened.

4. Can you tell me if you're anti fan of any group? Yes/No? And WHY? What do you think, why people become anti fans?: No, I am not. I believe no idol deserves to have anti-fans. They are simply trying to entertain. Anti-fans are created when people are angered by what an idol may have said, or an action that they ( ... )

Ohhh That's a nice thesis!

1. In your opinion, about which fanclubs I should write?:
Cassiopeia! I would have said Hottest too, but I think Cassiopeia had a better reaction to problems this year.
You coul write about how there is cassiopeias all over the world, they do charity, they are united and care for TVXQ even in the really bad times. Maybe I'm biased because I love TVXQ lol but I'm not an official Cassi T-T

2. Besides translating videos, interviews, news what else fans do for each other?:
Being a TVXQ fan allowed me to meet new friends and share a lot about Korean culture. Sometimes fans have different point of views and its interesting to talk about the artists with them. We can also exhange goodies or sell things to other fans. When one of us go to Korea, she can take orders for the others.

3. I'm sure all of us remember I Love Korea 2008 Dream Concert, where SNSD boycott took place. Unfortunately I have to ask if you remember other cases of that kind of behavior; similar or same as this one? Hmm I think there was a JYP ( ... )

1. In your opinion, about which fanclubs I should write?:

Definitely Cassies. definitely ELF.

2. Besides translating videos, interviews, news what else fans do for each other?: I had a fan in singapore buy me a magazine and ship it to me in the US.

3. I'm sure all of us remember I Love Korea 2008 Dream Concert, where SNSD boycott took place. Unfortunately I have to ask if you remember other cases of that kind of behavior; similar or same as this one? OMG! There are so many especially right now with SME and the problems with DBSK and Super Junior. Also, Hangeng, the member of SuJu who is suing SME right now, couldn't perform on stage or have his face shown on TV because of issues with his work visa since he's from china. That caused some problems.

4. Can you tell me if you're anti fan of any group? Yes/No? And WHY? What do you think, why people become anti fans?:Anti fans are ridiculous. If you don't like a group, then don't listen to them. Don't diss on someone because they do. And people become antifans because they're pathetic ( ... )
