No lie, when I saw this post I began bouncing in my chair! Rufus and Reno! Whoot whoooot! Immediately read them both. I always feel so bad for Rude in those early bits when he's struggling over R&Rs relationship, but knowing what happens in the future for him makes it all better. And the goddamn rough sexy way Rufus deals with a crazed Reno is just perfect. *sigh* Totally needed that fix! My love to whoever gave you those prompts! LOL

I've had so much fun writing the FF7 fics, I must say - they've been neglected lately so it's been an excuse to visit that fandom. And yeah, I've felt a bit sad for Rude as well, but he gets a pretty happy ending, maybe the happiest of them all as he's rather settled and doesn't have to put up with the shit that the others do (Tseng with putting up some distance with Elena, and Rufus and Reno just dealing with Rufus being the president of a major corporation).

Rufus and Reno have come such a long way, it's nice now and then to go back to the rougher parts of their initial relationship. The prompts from Tumblr have been a lot of fun.
