I am so very happy for you, babe :) You sound as though you are really getting things into perspective and you're on the path to finding that joy you've missed for so long.
Pat yourself of the back and have a long, hot, luxurious bath to celebrate your return to yourself! I'll totally drag you to all of the animal volunteer places when you feel up to it.
