It's funny how Halloween is celebrated here... people just celebrate it by, well, what makes celebration a celebration? Food, that's what it is. Lots and lots of food. It's like, a holiday is just an excuse for people to pig out and don't give a crap. Because you think, bah, holidays don't come too often! Riiight

They celebrate Halloween but they don't do much in Christmas, ne? x.x Gad, I will never forget the day we spent Christmas there. It was totally sad. T_T

Yep, it's more festive back at home. Last year (my first Christmas here) was the very first time I actually slept before 12 mn (Christmas Eve). o_O
